Chief Operations Officer

Ms. Copeland is a native of East End Newport News, Virginia.  Ms. Copeland attended Virginia Tech University, where she received her Bachelor’s of Science degree in Human Development; and continued her graduate education at Old Dominion University, receiving her Master’s in Public Administration.

Ms. Copeland serves as CEO of Access Community Enterprise Inc., a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, supporting business development, organizational health, and training for grassroots organizations, start-ups, and entrepreneurs.
